Terms of use

Last updated 5 October 2026

Euxie Weave (“Weave”) turns a concept into a narrated video. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Your Gemini key

Every generation runs on Google's Gemini API under a key you supply and own. Google bills you directly for it under Google's own terms; Weave shows an estimate before each expensive step and the recorded spend afterwards, but the estimate is an estimate and the bill is yours. Keep your key to yourself, and remove it from settings when you stop using Weave.

Your content

What you put in — concepts, scripts, source documents — stays yours. What Weave generates for you — images, narration, music, clips, the finished video — is yours to use as Google's terms for generated content allow. Generated images, music and clips carry Google's SynthID watermark, which is not optional. You are responsible for what you publish: check the facts a script states, and do not use Weave to make content that is illegal, deceptive or harmful to others.

Fair use of the service

Weave is offered as-is and free of charge. Every generation runs on your own provider key, so the app sets no daily limit on projects or uploads. Accounts that automate the service or affect other users may be suspended or removed. The service may change or pause at any time; anything you want to keep should be downloaded.

Your account

One sign-in serves several apps by the same maintainer. Deleting your Weave account removes Weave's data and files and signs you out; the sign-in itself stays until you delete it from every app. Usage telemetry is kept separately — the privacy page says what it holds and how to have it removed.

Emails

Emails about your account are sent when they are needed. Product news and offers are sent only if you opted in, at sign-up or under Account, and you can turn them off there at any time.

No warranty

Weave is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the maintainer is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including API charges, lost work or content a model produced. Questions go to the address in the feedback form once signed in, or to the contact in /.well-known/security.txt.
